A simple, thoughtful journey from your inclusions to a finished piece
We understand that this isn’t just jewellery. It’s something deeply personal, often created to hold memories, moments, and people close.
We’re here to guide you gently through each step, making the process as simple and reassuring as possible.
✨ Step 1, Place your order
Choose your design and place your order through our website.
Once your order is placed, we’ll carefully prepare your personalised inclusion pack and send it out to you.
📦 Step 2, Your inclusion pack arrives
Your pack contains everything you need to safely send your inclusions to us.
Inside your pack:
Ring sizer (for ring orders, so we can confirm your size before making)
Secure packaging for your inclusions
Clear, step-by-step instructions
Prepaid tracked return label (UK orders)
As a guide, we usually need:
Around a teaspoon of ashes
Up to 10ml of breastmilk
A small lock of hair (around a toothpick width)
💌 Step 3, Sending your inclusions
When you’re ready, return your inclusions using the packaging provided.
Take your time with this step, we understand how meaningful this can be.
Please note:
Your timescale begins from when your inclusions arrive safely back with us, not from the date of ordering.
🕊️ Step 4, Safe arrival at the studio
As soon as your inclusions arrive, they are carefully logged and matched to your order.
You’ll receive an email to confirm they’ve arrived safely.
If we need to check anything (such as sizing or design details), we’ll gently guide you through before we begin.
🛠️ Step 5, Creating your piece
Your jewellery is then handcrafted in our studio, with care and attention in every detail.
Timescales:
Standard orders: 8–10 weeks
Fast Track: 4–6 weeks
(These begin from when your inclusions are received and may vary slightly during busy periods.)
📬 Step 6, Keeping you updated
We’ll keep you updated along the way so you always know how your piece is progressing.

🎁 Step 7, Your jewellery returns home
Once complete, your piece is carefully packaged and sent home to you.
You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
