Returns

We offer a 30 days return policy, if you are not completely happy with your piece, we are happy to remake it for you to better realise your vision. If that is not possible we are happy to refund the cost of the piece once it's received back. 

 

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed with the return of your complete piece within 30 days. 

Any ashes stone will have the ashes removed and returned to you.

Any breastmilk will not be returned.

Delivery

Although the majority of our orders are completed by post, you are more than welcome to deliver yourself to the studio in Silloth, please get in touch to book an appointment.

We will endeavor to complete your order within our published timescale. However, this may be shorter or longer depending on several factors and is not a guarantee. 

Storage & return of your inclusions

All inclusions are stored in our studio. Every stone whether glass or resin is made on-site in our studio. Your inclusions are only accessible by authorised personnel of Cumbria Life Casting.

Any Ashes, Hair/Fur, or Umbilical cord will be returned with your finished piece.

Breastmilk once preserved will not be returned, it will remain in storage indefinitely.

Feedback & Complaints

We welcome all feedback to improve the business and your customer experience. Any complaints will be dealt with promptly. 

Guarantee

We are 100% confident in our products, we hope you are as happy with your finished piece as we were when it was created. If when it arrives, it has any issues. eg ring doesn't fit, colours aren't as you imagined, etc we are happy to resize or remake your piece to fit your vision. We offer a lifetime manufacturer guarantee. We will repair or replace your piece free of charge for any defect arising from the manufacturing process. This does not cover loss, accidental damage, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Aftercare advice is issued with all pieces, to help keep your jewellery looking its absolute best!
