Our Maker’s Guarantee

We offer a lifetime guarantee for any issues that relate to the creation of your piece.

If a problem arises due to craftsmanship, we will repair it for you at no cost.

This gives you complete peace of mind that your piece has been made with care and attention to detail.

Everyday Wear & Tear

Jewellery worn and cherished daily naturally experiences life with you — gentle knocks, contact with hard surfaces, sanitiser and lotions, tiny scratches, tarnish over time, or settings being bumped.

These are normal signs of wear and are not covered under warranty.

We’re still very happy to help restore your piece, and most services sit between £20 and £40, depending on the work needed.

Common chargeable services include:

• Bent or knocked settings
  
• Cracked or chipped stones
  
• Lost or loosened stones from wear or impact
  
• Deep cleaning and polishing/refresh
  
• Replating, refinishing or tightening settings
  

Stones (Inclusion & Accent)

All stones are set securely when made, and we expect them to last beautifully with proper care.

However, jewellery settings can loosen gradually from everyday wear or the occasional small knock that we may not notice at the time.

If an inclusion stone or accent stone becomes loose or is lost due to wear or impact, we can replace or reset it for you and there may be a small fee.

We store preserved breastmilk indefinitely here in the studio, so if the worst has happened we will have a sample of your original milk here. Other inclusions will have to be sent along with your piece for repair.

If, on assessment, the issue is related to the original setting, we will of course resolve this for you under our maker’s guarantee.

How It Works

3. Once your piece arrives with us, our jewellers will assess it carefully
   
4. We’ll let you know whether your repair is:
   
   Covered by warranty, or
   
   Wear-and-tear, with a quote provided before work begins
   
   We never carry out chargeable work without your approval.

Many repairs relate to the natural ageing and everyday enjoyment of a well-loved piece, so please be aware that not all repairs will be free.
