Our lifetime manufacturer guarantee is a testament to the quality of our craftsmanship. It covers any defects in your piece that occurred during the creation of your jewellery, ensuring your peace of mind.

This does not cover damage caused by the wearer. We have full guides to help keep your piece looking its best.

For minor damage, we will happily repair your piece free of charge. For more excessive damage that will require significant work, a small fee of between £20 and £30 will be charged.

e.g., badly cracked or chipped inclusion stones, bent or deformed settings, rings that require a deep clean.

Once we receive your piece back, one of our expert jewellers will assess it, and we will contact you with any recommended action.
