Before You Submit The Form

• Complete the form below to register your repair.

• Once submitted, you'll be taken to Royal Mail to generate your free tracked return label.

• Please include a note inside your parcel with your name, order number (if known), and return address

• Package your item securely. We recommend using a padded envelope as a minimum.

• Please obtain and retain a proof of postage receipt.

• We strongly advise handing your parcel over at a Post Office counter to ensure you receive proof of posting.

• We're always happy to help restore your piece. If any work isn't covered by our maker's guarantee, we'll let you know and provide a quote before proceeding.

• If a parcel is lost in transit and no proof of postage is available, we are unable to investigate the loss or make a claim with Royal Mail.

We offer a lifetime guarantee for any issues that relate to the creation of your piece.

If a problem arises due to craftsmanship, we will repair it for you at no cost.

Everyday Wear & Tear

Jewellery worn and cherished daily naturally experiences life with you. Gentle knocks, contact with hard surfaces, sanitiser and lotions, tiny scratches, tarnish over time, and settings being bumped are all normal signs of wear and are not covered under warranty.

We're still very happy to help restore your piece, and most services sit between £20 and £40, depending on the work needed.

Stones (Inclusion & Accent)

All stones are set securely when made, and we expect them to last beautifully with proper care. If an inclusion stone or accent stone becomes loose or is lost due to wear or impact, we can usually replace or reset it for a small fee.

We store preserved breastmilk indefinitely, so if the worst has happened, we will usually have a sample available. Other inclusions will need to be returned with your piece.

Many repairs relate to the natural ageing and everyday enjoyment of a well-loved piece, so please be aware that not all repairs will be free. We will always assess your jewellery first and provide a quote before carrying out any chargeable work.
