We understand that choosing your perfect piece is a difficult decision. Its also not an everyday purchase, if you're struggling with anything, please get in touch and we will try our upmost to help.

Once you've chosen your favourite design & placed your order we will then;

1.Send a pack in the post. This will contain everything you need to return a small amount of inclusions to us. Around a teaspoon of ashes, 10ml of milk, a toothpick width of hair.

Your pack will contain; 

• a ring sizer, for ring orders
• Packaging for your inclusions
• Pre paid tracked return postage (UK orders)
• Instructions

2. Once received and processed onto the system, we will send an email confirmation, if we need clarification of anything regarding your order, we will get in touch.

3.Regular updates will follow to keep you informed of the progress of your piece.

4.A dispatch notification, followed by tracking details will be sent when your piece is on the way home.

Delivery.

Our usual working time is approximately 6 to 10 weeks, from receiving your inclusions.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy, if you are not completely happy with your piece, we are happy to remake it for you to better realise your vision.

If that's not possible we are happy to refund the cost of your piece once its been received back.

We are 100% confident in our products, we hope you are as happy with your finished piece as we were when it was created. If when it arrives, it has any issues. eg ring doesn't fit, colours aren't as you imagined, etc we are happy to resize or remake your piece to fit your vision.

We offer a lifetime manufacturer guarantee. We will repair or replace your piece free of charge for any defect arising from the manufacturing process.

This does not cover loss, accidental damage, inappropriate use or wear and tear.
